Convert subtitle and caption files between SubRip (.srt) and WebVTT (.vtt), fix captions that run early or late, and join files from a recording that was split into parts. Works with captions from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, YouTube and video editors. It runs 100% in your browser, and nothing is uploaded.

No. Everything runs in your browser with JavaScript. Files are read on your device and never sent to a server.
Enter a shift in seconds (for example 2.5 to make captions appear later, or -1.25 to make them appear earlier) or a time like 00:01:30, then convert. Every cue moves by the same amount. Cues that would end before zero are dropped.
Select all the part files, tick "Merge into one file", and set the gap between parts if there was one. Files are joined in filename order (part1, part2, part10), and each file's timings are moved to start right after the previous file ends.
WebVTT adds a WEBVTT header, drops the cue numbers and uses a dot instead of a comma before milliseconds. Converting VTT to SRT numbers the cues, uses commas and removes <v Speaker> voice tags, which SRT players do not understand. Cue text is kept as it is.
Yes. Select several files with "Merge" unticked and you get a ZIP with one converted file per input.
