Short answer: tl;dv has no built-in "download all" for transcripts. Its help center says: "Right now, we don't support bulk transcript downloads or exports". On tl;dv's public feature board, the request "Allow downloading meetings in bulk" is marked "in progress" (checked Oct 16, 2026). Until it ships, you have three options.
2026-03-15-client-name.md.tl;dv notes that both the meeting owner and the person downloading need a Pro or Enterprise plan to download a transcript. This works for a handful of meetings, but not for hundreds.
tl;dv's public API (v1alpha1) can list your meetings and return each transcript. You authenticate with an x-api-key header, generated in your tl;dv settings (tl;dv's API docs list API access on Pro, Business and Enterprise). The loop looks like this:
GET /v1alpha1/meetings → list meetings (paginated)
GET /v1alpha1/meetings/{meetingId}/transcript → transcript per meeting
Page through until no meetings remain, save each transcript, and back off if you get rate-limited. The API is labeled alpha, so check tl;dv's API docs for current parameters.
If you'd rather not write code, MinuteHaul (bulk export for tl;dv) runs Option 2 for you in your browser. It produces a ZIP of Markdown files plus an index.csv. Requires a paid tl;dv plan with API access. No meeting data stored.

Can I bulk export on the Free plan? Not on Free: tl;dv's API docs list no API access for meetings organized by Free users. Pro, Business and Enterprise are listed with API access.
Does this include video recordings? Not in the first version. Transcripts and meeting metadata only.
