How do I send Fireflies transcripts to Notion, including old meetings?
Short answer: In Fireflies, open Integrations, connect Notion, pick a page or database and turn on Save meeting summaries and Save meeting transcripts. For older meetings, use Push past meetings and choose a date range. Fireflies says saving transcripts to Notion needs Pro or higher; on Free, export transcripts as Markdown files and import them into Notion.

Steps (Pro or higher for transcripts)
- Log in to Fireflies, open Integrations, search for Notion and click Connect.
- Sign in to Notion, review the permissions, and either let Fireflies create a database from its template or select an existing page to hold meetings as sub-pages.
- Back in Fireflies, select the page or database. If it's a database, Fireflies adds any missing columns and doesn't overwrite existing ones.
- Choose whether to add the meeting date to each title.
- Turn on Save meeting summaries and Save meeting transcripts (Fireflies says transcripts to Notion need Pro or higher).
- Click Create a sample note to check the setup, then finish.
Old meetings: Push past meetings
New meetings sync automatically once the integration is on. For meetings recorded earlier, open the Notion integration page, click Push past meetings, choose the last 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days or a custom range, choose which meetings (attended, organized or joined, or all), and click Push. You need at least one push configuration first (Fireflies guide).
On the Free plan
Because Fireflies says transcripts to Notion need Pro or higher, a Free-plan account can't use this route for transcripts. The workaround is files: export every transcript as Markdown through the Fireflies API (which every plan has; Free allows 500 requests a day, per Fireflies API limits), then use Notion's import, which accepts Markdown and ZIP files (Notion help). See Fireflies transcripts as Markdown.
The Fireflies source in MinuteHaul is in beta. It's built on Fireflies' documented API; if anything looks wrong with your account, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Need every Fireflies transcript as files? Pick Fireflies in the MinuteHaul web exporter (beta). It uses Fireflies' official API from your browser and works on the Free plan: one Markdown file per meeting, an index.csv and a combined all-transcripts.txt. Your 10 most recent meetings are free. Buy unlimited: $29 one-time with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
