Fireflies refund policy: when you can get your money back
Short answer: Fireflies says refund eligibility depends on when the charge happened, how much you used and its policy; AI Credits are non-refundable (Fireflies billing FAQ). If you were charged after a free trial, contact Fireflies Support, and refunds may be full or prorated. Removing seats doesn't refund the current cycle, and downgrade credits are applied to your next invoice as account credit.

How to ask for a refund
- Find the charge under Settings, Billing, Billing History, where your invoices are listed (Fireflies).
- Contact Fireflies Support with the invoice and the reason.
- Cancel so you aren't charged again: how to cancel Fireflies. Still in the trial? Cancel the free trial instead.
Export before the plan changes
A refund or cancellation usually ends with the account on Free, where per-meeting downloads need Pro or higher (Fireflies guide). Export transcripts while the paid plan is active: export your Fireflies meetings before you cancel.
