How to export tl;dv meetings to CSV

Context: tl;dv's help center says "Right now, we don't support bulk transcript downloads or exports", and the "Allow downloading meetings in bulk" request on its public feature board is marked "in progress" (checked Oct 2026).

What a useful CSV export looks like

Transcripts are long, multi-speaker text, so the most practical layout is a CSV index (one row per meeting) plus one transcript file per meeting. MinuteHaul writes index.csv with these columns:

id, title, date, duration_sec, organizer, participants, file, status

The file column points to the Markdown transcript for that row. Meetings without a completed transcript are listed with status skipped: no completed transcript, so nothing silently disappears.

Do it yourself with the API

With a tl;dv API key (Pro, Business or Enterprise per tl;dv's API docs) you can call the tl;dv API: list meetings with GET /v1alpha1/meetings, then fetch GET /v1alpha1/meetings/{id}/transcript, and write the fields you want to CSV. See our API guide for the details.

Need one row per spoken segment?

The optional all.jsonl file contains every transcript segment (speaker, text, start and end time). You can convert it into a segment-level CSV with any JSON-to-CSV tool or a few lines of Python.

The MinuteHaul ZIP:

Each Markdown file can also include tl;dv's AI notes for that meeting when the API returns them.

Pre-order MinuteHaul: $29 one-time or try it free on your 10 most recent meetings

Pre-order: the exporter ships within 7 days of your purchase. If it is not delivered to you in that time, you get an automatic full refund. Requires a paid tl;dv plan with API access: per tl;dv's API docs, the meeting organizer must be on Pro, Business or Enterprise.
