Asking an AI assistant across your whole meeting history ("what did customers say about pricing this quarter?") needs the transcripts as files first. tl;dv's help center says it doesn't currently support bulk transcript downloads, so the first step is an export.
Export transcripts as text files. MinuteHaul produces one Markdown file per meeting plus an optional combined all-transcripts.txt.
Per Claude's help center (checked Oct 2026):
all-transcripts.txt (split it if a part is over 30 MB) and index.csv.Transcripts include what other people said. Follow your organization's rules before uploading them to any AI service.
Pre-order MinuteHaul: $29 one-time or try it free on your 10 most recent meetings
Pre-order: the exporter ships within 7 days of your purchase. If it is not delivered to you in that time, you get an automatic full refund. Requires a paid tl;dv plan with API access: per tl;dv's API docs, the meeting organizer must be on Pro, Business or Enterprise.
What file types does Claude accept for transcripts? Claude's help center lists TXT, CSV, JSON, PDF, DOCX and more. A combined .txt export works well.
How large can a Claude Project file be? 30 MB per file for project files, per Claude's help center.
What if my meeting history is too big for the context window? On paid plans, Claude projects switch to retrieval (RAG) as they approach the limit, expanding capacity by up to 10x.
Is MinuteHaul affiliated with Anthropic or tl;dv? No. It is independent.
