Context: tl;dv's help center says "Right now, we don't support bulk transcript downloads or exports", and the "Allow downloading meetings in bulk" request on its public feature board is marked "in progress" (checked Oct 2026).
tl;dv has a native Notion integration (Integrations → Notion). Per tl;dv's help article, its workflows run "when a recording is ready" and can create a page, append to a page, or add a database item with the title, AI notes, transcript, participants, date, URL and duration.
Because the trigger is a recording becoming ready, this covers meetings going forward. The help article describes no backfill of your existing history; you can run a test on one recent meeting.
Zapier lists tl;dv triggers such as "Transcript Added" and templates like "Create pages in Notion for new tl;dv transcripts" (Zapier). These also fire on new events, not past ones.
Notion can import a ZIP: type /zip on a page or go to Settings → Import → "Convert Zip to pages". Markdown files become pages and CSV files become databases (Notion Help). Notion notes very high file counts (10,000+) may fail, so split large archives.
index.csv separately to get a searchable database of all meetings.MinuteHaul produces exactly that kind of ZIP:
transcripts/: one Markdown file per meeting (title, date, organizer, participants, tl;dv link, speaker-labeled and timestamped transcript)index.csv: one row per meeting (id, title, date, duration, organizer, participants, file, status)all-transcripts.txt (optional): every transcript in one text file for ChatGPT, Claude or NotebookLM, split into parts of about 400k words if neededall.jsonl (optional): raw meeting metadata plus transcript segments, one meeting per lineEach Markdown file can also include tl;dv's AI notes for that meeting when the API returns them.
Pre-order MinuteHaul: $29 one-time or try it free on your 10 most recent meetings
Pre-order: the exporter ships within 7 days of your purchase. If it is not delivered to you in that time, you get an automatic full refund. Requires a paid tl;dv plan with API access: per tl;dv's API docs, the meeting organizer must be on Pro, Business or Enterprise.
Does tl;dv's Notion integration export old meetings? tl;dv's Notion workflows are triggered when a recording is ready, so they are designed for new meetings. To bring past meetings into Notion, export them first and use Notion's ZIP import.
Which tl;dv plan do I need? The native Notion integration depends on your tl;dv plan; check tl;dv's pricing page. Exporting via the official API, which MinuteHaul uses, requires the meeting organizer to be on a plan with API access (Pro, Business or Enterprise per tl;dv's API docs).
Will transcripts become Notion pages or a database? With Notion's ZIP import, Markdown files become pages and CSV files become databases. Importing index.csv gives you a database listing every meeting.
Is MinuteHaul made by tl;dv or Notion? No. It is an independent tool, not affiliated with tl;dv or Notion.
