How to load tl;dv transcripts into NotebookLM

Asking an AI assistant across your whole meeting history ("what did customers say about pricing this quarter?") needs the transcripts as files first. tl;dv's help center says it doesn't currently support bulk transcript downloads, so the first step is an export.

NotebookLM limits that matter

Google's help center now calls the product Gemini Notebook. Per its sources article and FAQ (checked Oct 2026):

So 300 single-meeting files won't fit in a free notebook, but a few combined files will. As a rough estimate (ours, not Google's), conversational speech runs about 130 to 160 words per minute, so one 500,000-word source holds very roughly 50 or more hours of meetings.

Steps

  1. Export with the combined all-transcripts.txt option. MinuteHaul splits it into parts of about 400,000 words, under the per-source limit.
  2. Create a notebook and add each part as a source.
  3. Optionally add index.csv as a source for date and participant lookups.

Pre-order MinuteHaul: $29 one-time or try it free on your 10 most recent meetings
