How to get transcripts from the tl;dv API

Requirements

Endpoints

Per tl;dv's API docs (base URL https://pasta.tldv.io/v1alpha1):

GET /meetings?page=1&pageSize=50&from=&to=
  → { page, pages, total, pageSize, results: [ { id, name, happenedAt, ... } ] }

GET /meetings/{meetingId}/transcript
  → { data: [ { speaker, text, startTime, endTime } ] }

A minimal loop

page = 1
repeat:
  list = GET /meetings?page={page}&pageSize=50
  for m in list.results:
    t = GET /meetings/{m.id}/transcript
    save(m, t.data)
  page += 1
until page > list.pages

Practical notes: back off and retry on HTTP 429 or 5xx; a 404 on a transcript usually means there is no completed transcript yet; the API is labeled alpha, so re-check the docs for changes.
