Short answer: Fathom's app has no bulk transcript download. Its help center says transcripts "can't be downloaded directly" and offers a Copy Transcript button on each call (Fathom help, edited Feb 5, 2026). For bulk export, Fathom points to its public API, which its developer FAQ says is included on all plans (Fathom API FAQ).
Open a call and click Copy Transcript above the transcript, then paste it into a document. That works for a handful of calls, not hundreds.

Access: an API key belongs to one user. It can read meetings you recorded or that were shared with you or your team. Private calls stay visible only to their host, so only the host's key can export them (Quickstart, FAQ).
Fathom runs a reviewed, case-by-case backfill of historical calls into Zapier for active Team Edition subscribers. It is not self-serve, and Fathom itself recommends the public API for bulk exports (Fathom help).
Other companies sell Fathom exporters. For example, TranscriptExporter's site lists Fathom, Fireflies and Granola. We haven't tested it and have no affiliation with it.
